REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you feel you have received a product that does not meet that quality standards that you expect, please contact us right away and we will work to resolve the matter quickly. (within ten days) We do not do returns or exchanges.
If you purchased a product that does not work, we possibly can do an exchange on a case to case basis. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Some products require sending purchases back to the manufacturer.
Refunds are not permitted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or give us a call.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
